• Prior to cleaning, all new clients are required to have a consultation with our team (including bookings made online).

• Before joining B3 Dustbusters, all employees undergo a thorough background check.

• B3 Dustbusters is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If the area being cleaned contains items such as clothing, toys, or random objects, these items will be placed in a specific area and remain the responsibility of the client.

​

• For a successful appointment, we request that clients arrive on time. It is customary to provide clients with a grace period of 15 minutes. In order to ensure the safety of your children, we ask that all clients wear appropriate clothing.

• In the event that there is a scheduling conflict and/or another client is scheduled, B3 Dustbusters will do its best to accommodate the client. It may be necessary to schedule an add-on service on a different date.

​

• Add-on services are available for an additional charge and following a consultation. Adding an additional cleaning service after a client has already paid for the cleaning will incur an additional charge. service, payment must be paid at the time of service.
